Abbey opts for MATS
After a successful year of using MATS within its direct mortage application channel, Abbey is now rolling MATS out across other areas of its business.
MATS will deliver significant operational efficiencies and customer service improvements to the important Abbey for Intermediaries business channel.
It will also be employed to deliver similar benefits in areas such as retentions and commercial lending.
